What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Returns & Store Credit

Because we work in small batches and many items are limited-run, we offer store credit for eligible returns (no refunds to original payment methods).

Eligible returns
    •    Tea (unopened): within 10 days of purchase
    •    Garments (unworn, tags attached): within 14 days of purchase
    •    Accessories & gift sets: within 14 days, in original condition/packaging

Final sale / non-returnable
    •    Opened tea or used consumable products
    •    Final sale/discounted items
    •    Custom or made-to-order garments
    •    Gift cards
    •    Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

How to Start a Return

In-store: Bring your item and proof of purchase during open hours.

By mail: Email attire@barnesandmorgan.com with your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, and the reason for return.
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Delivery Policy

Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders ship in 2–4 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During launches, events, or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping methods: We ship within the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping may be offered during select promotions.

Local pickup (Portland): Free pickup is available at our shop during open hours: Friday–Sunday | 11am–5pm. You’ll receive a confirmation when your order is ready.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Barnes & Morgan is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
