A versatile high-grade Nibancha (second harvest) matcha, shade- grown by the Jikagise method for 20-30 days before harvest.. It has a mellow yet slightly bitter flavor and is suitable for drinking or culinary use, especially in smoothies, lattes, or sweets.Health Benefits: Boosts chlorophyll and amino acids like theanine. Bright green tea with a mellow, slightly bitter edge. Because the entire leaf is consumed, matcha provides a concentrated source of catechins, vitamins A and C, potassium, and even small amounts of protein. It is both energizing and calming: caffeine heightens alertness while theanine smooths out stimulation, promoting focused relaxation.

Shipping methods: We ship within the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping may be offered during select promotions.
Local pickup (Portland): Free pickup is available at our shop during open hours: Friday–Sunday | 11am–5pm. You’ll receive a confirmation when your order is ready.
