Shipping
Processing time: Orders ship in 2–4 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During launches, events, or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping methods: We ship within the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping may be offered during select promotions.
Local pickup (Portland): Free pickup is available at our shop during open hours: Friday–Sunday | 11am–5pm. You’ll receive a confirmation when your order is ready.
