Taiping Monkey Hou Kui is one of China's famous traditional green teas, produced in the area of Taiping County, Anhui Province, now Huangshan District, Huangshan City. This tea is processed the day of picking contributing to its green, flat and straight appearance, and its full rich mellow taste.
